Information to be provided to the District Collectors

• The World Telugu Conference will be organized from Dec. 27, 28, 29, 2012 in Tirupati

• The Govt. of AP is organizing this prestigious conference at huge 90 acres place.

• District level cultural programmes need to be organized to prepare and disseminate information to all.

1. In the back drop of globalization, formulate plans and strategies on how best we can disseminate quality information on the rich culture, heritage, traditions, and values of Telugu language and its history among children, youngsters. Exert efforts to inculcate a sense of belonging on our Telugu culture for the future generations.

2. To bring about a change from village, revenue divisional to district level on the rich culture and heritage of Telugu language

3. To identify and felicitate artists, sport people, scientists, intellectuals and other eminent personalities from villages to district/town of AP.

4. To organize competitions among students on poetry, writing, speeches, quiz, painting, sculpture and award them with certificates.

5. To organize processions, exhibitions and programmes at Village, Mandal and Revenue district level.

6. Publish books at district level with information on the rich history, culture of those districts.

7. They need to organized as the part of the World Telugu Conference

• Keeping in view the above objectives, the district level programmes of the conference will be organized from Nov. 15 to Dec. 15

• The village level programmes will be organized under the supervision of mandal revenue development officials and mandal level programmes under revenue divisional officials and district level programmes under the supervision of the district collector.

• Village level programmes from Nov. 15 to Dec. 25, Mandal level from Nov. 26 to Dec. 02 and revenue division programmes from Dec. 03 to Dec. 07 and likewise district level programmes from Dec. 08 to Dec. 15 will be organized in respective districts

• A request is made to prepare a plan so that all people representatives could participate in those programmes.

• Need to ensure that all houses in the district, streets, schools, all Govt. and private offices will receive the World Telugu Conference information.

• Inspiration programmes must be devised to ensure that people must feel that should participate in the World Telugu Conference.

• Need to identify talented and eminent personalities in each district and they must be felicitated appropriately
