Accommodation: How can I get accommodation?

  • If you are special invitee, invited by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, we will provide you accommodation free of cost as per the protocol.

  • If you are a delegate registered by paying Rs. 500 (US$ 20 for NRIs’), we will facilitate accommodation in approved hotels/guest houses on payment.

  • Or if you are coming on your own, you are at liberty to book your own accommodation
Food:

  • We offer two (2) types of food services.

    1. Paid

    2. Free

    • All delegates / special invitees will be provided free breakfast, lunch, tea & dinner at the designated food courts.

    • All others have to pay for their food

    • Only vegetarian food will be served

    • Alcohol is strictly prohibited

    • Smoking zones will be provided for guest who intends to smoke, however, smoking is not allowed during sessions.
Transport:

  • Delegates will be provided transport from venue by buses and cars. And as per protocol we will provide transport facilities from railway/bus stations and airports

  • Paid transport will also be provided for site seeing.

  • Transport timings are available in the conference kit.
How to register?

  • Delegate application forms are available at the following offices:

    3. The forms are also available at all e-Seva centers in all districts in Andhra Pradesh

    5. The payment can be made by way of Cash or DD (Rs. 500 or US$ 20 for NRI’s) drawn from any nationalized bank and payable to The Director, Department of Culture, Government of Andhra Pradesh
Facilities for Delegates:

  • The delegates will be provided with an ID card

  • We will provide free breakfast, lunch, tea & dinner

  • We will facilitate accommodation on payment at all approved hotels and guest houses
Participation in the event:

  • A cultural committee is constituted to screen the participants. All participants are requested to send their profiles by email to the email id – fourthwtc@gmail.com or by post addressed to Director, Department of Culture, Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad.
Admission to attend cultural programmes:

  • The admission is free for everybody to attend the cultural programmes, exhibitions and other events
